Cargo flight routes for music tours in LATAM

Music festival season is back in South America!

Many renown artists began their South America tours jumping in different music festivals such as Lollapalooza, Estéreo Picnic and Asuncionico.

The artists only have to worry about performing. When it comes to handling their music equipment, we got that covered. In this opportunity, we took care of several permits and Handling for the aircraft and the cargo at every stop.

The flight route was operated by Cargo Jet. We provided them several services such as overflights, landing permits, cargo and ground handling as well as custom transmission and assistance for the crew with transportation.

Chile was the starting point, where the cargo was picked up for the rest of the tour.

The first stop was in Argentina (equipment for Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X), to then go back to Chile.

In Paraguay, we took take of the cargo for several artists such as Twenty One Pilots, Tame Impala, The 1975 and Yungblud, to then support them at the next stop in Colombia.

The last leg of the tour included a final stop in Brazil, where we also handled the cargo for different artists.

Having several countries in the tour had its challenges, most importantly related to customs regulations and landing permission. Getting the permits can be tricky, since each country has its own rules. Nonetheless, we at Consorcio Aviation have the experience and expertise to make sure everything goes smoothly.
