X-Ray and Safety Screening technology delivered… by Consorcio Cargo.

Consorcio Cargo & Logistics has succesfully managed the total logistical movement of X-Ray techonology and Safety Screening equipment for Asuncion, Paraguay’s expanding Airport.

Silvio Pettirossi International Airport is under renovation, thanks to a consistent growth trend in airline operators and capacity flying into Paraguay’s capital city, Asuncion. Copa, Latam, Air Europa, GOL, Amaszonas, and other regional and international operators are pushing the infrastructure limits on our 50+ year old International Airport.

When our customer called on us to assist in a sensitive shipment for on-time 3PL servicing and delivery to our country’s most important air terminal, we responded with a resounding YES, and a job smoothly coordinated. Consorcio Cargo called on our World Freight Network partners, in this case Logix Express in Malaysia.

Our Malaysian partners came through and in no time our team had responded with loaded, secured, documented and insured shipments from a RAPISCAN Systems manufacturing plant in Malaysia, into 3 x 40′ HC containers, destined for Asuncion, Paraguay.

At all times our team showed professional and time-sensitive decisions, advice and competitive services for our customer, resulting in an all-around successful operation, within the time frame requirements, brokered and delivered to the Airport in time for direct installation.
